Who is covered under the warranty?
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- It is non-transferable.
- Valid for customers in the United States (excluding territories) and Canada.
What does the warranty cover?
The Limited Lifetime Warranty protects against manufacturing defects and material issues when the mattress is used with proper support (firm, solid base or bed frame).
Covered issues include:
- ✅ Indentations (dipping/sagging) greater than 1.5 inches (not caused by improper support).
- ✅ Physical flaws in the foam or springs (e.g., splitting or cracking).
- ✅ Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover.
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- ❌ Normal wear and tear (e.g., gradual softening of foam).
- ❌ Comfort preferences after the 100-night sleep trial.
- ❌ Physical damage (cuts, burns, stains, liquid spills, etc.).
- ❌ Mattresses bought from unauthorized resellers or sold “as-is.”
- ❌ Use with an improper support system (e.g., slats spaced more than 5" apart).
How long does the warranty last?
- Years 1–10: Full, non-prorated coverage. We’ll repair or replace the mattress at no cost.
- Years 11–15: You pay 50% of the current retail price for a replacement.
- Years 16–20: You pay 60% of the retail price.
- Year 21+: You pay 75% of the retail price.
📌 Note: If your original mattress is no longer made, we will provide a comparable replacement.
How do I file a warranty claim?
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Do not remove the mattress cover—doing so will void the warranty.
- If your claim is approved, we’ll coordinate a replacement.
